How to Book
We accept reservations from one year in advance.
Please check the room availability first, and then make your reservation either through the form on the web site or by phone.
※Reservation by telephone available 9:00 a.m.～ 21:00 p.m. Japan time.
After 21:00 p.m., make reservations with the online form, please.

About children
Children under 6 years old can't stay in the dormitories. Please book a private room.
Children under 3 years old stay for free. But you have to use the same futon bed.
However, if you need another bed for the child, there is an extra fee of 500yen/night.
Children between 4 years old to 6 years old have a special rate. Price of the total stay minus 1,000yen/night.
Petition
The ¥200 per person per night Kyoto City Accomodation Tax will be collected upon arrival.
Payment
Please pay upon arrival.
【Cancellations】
Please contact us via e-mail or by phone when you need to make changes to (or cancel) your reservation.
【Cancellation Policy】
5days before the check-in date or No show : We will charge 100% of the total rate.
ROOM CONFIRMATION
After making a reservation, an automatic reply email will be sent to your e-mail address.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address in 2-3 days.
If you don’t receive a confirmation e-mail, please contact us at the below e-mail address or by phone.
※When you reserve on the day or on the day before your arrival, please call!!
※We recommend making reservations with reservation form on a computer, not on a smart phone.
※Please set to your personal computer to accept email from us before you make a reservation with your mobile phone or smart phone.
